No, you don’t have to register on our website to shop. However, registration is fast, free, secure and gives you access to many benefits:

To save your favourite products you need to be a Registered User. 1. Browse the catalogue and click on the product you are interested in 2. On the product details page select your size and the colour you prefer 3. click Add to Favourites

You can find your size by consulting the Size Guide on the product pages or by using our Personal Stylist service.

Purchasing on our site is quick and easy:
- Browse the catalogue and click on the product you are interested in
- On the product details page select your size and the colour you prefer
- Click on Add to Cart
- A summary window will open, click on View cart and proceed to purchase
- Enter your delivery address and payment details

Amendments can be made before the warehouse has processed the order.
If you’ve changed your mind, we suggest that you contact Customer Service immediately and they will check the status of your request.
In any case, you can request a return for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. You can find more information in Returns and Refunds and in Terms and Conditions.

You can contact us quickly and easily through our Live Chat or by using our (free) telephone number or by sending us an email. Any costs relating to other forms of contact are not reimbursable.

Delivery is usually within 4-8 working days. Products are delivered by courier during office hours, Monday to Friday. Shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Always choose an address where someone can receive the delivery. If you prefer to have your order sent to the office or reception, please also give the name of the contact person.

We also provide free-of-charge return pick-up and shipping; you can find more details in the Returns and Refunds section.

The courier will leave a note with their contact details.
Contact the courier to find out if a further attempt at delivery will be made or if the order will be deposited at a collection point (access point).
If you do not contact the courier or do not collect the order from the collection point, after a few days the package will be sent back to our warehouse.
